Lauren DeKoven, Esq.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Lauren is a Managing Director at Triumph Search Consultants. She has been recruiting since 2009 and has extensive experience placing associates, counsel and partners. Additionally, she has worked with clients to help grow existing practices and to establish new practices. Prior to joining Triumph, Lauren worked as a corporate attorney for nine years, starting her practice in the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
Lauren received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A. in History from Stanford University.
